Product Features:
Sea water is very corrosive and our solution is choosing a special alloy, which is resisted against corrosion of
sea water. This alloy is Ni-Al-Bz (ASTM-B148) best option.
As costumer request, disk can be produced by Stainless steel alloys.
These valves can be produced with Lever, Gearbox, Electrical actuator, pneumatic actuator and extension
spindle. These valves are wafer or LUG Types. Also, dimensions of flanges in our valves can be according to
ANSI Class 150, DIN or BSI standards.
Ni-Al-Bz (ASTM-B148) Specifications: The layer (Al2O3) has a great resistance against abrasion. Also, this
alloy has good resistance ability against corrosive because of copper properties. We use this alloy for disk and
body of our butterfly valves.
Ni-Cu (ASTM E76) Specifications: Same as shafts, MONEL (Ni-Cu) is using especially for wetted parts those
have erosion and corrosion risk, at the same time.
Application:
These valves are suitable to use in exploration industries, oil and gas fields, offshore and ship industries and
all other industries those are related with sea water. Specially, these types of valves are suitable for sea water
application and processes.
